What do the job look like:

- Build high quality backlinks
- Create highly optimised content
- Use AI to assist in optimisation and analysis
- Perform internal linking
- Keyword research
- Finding keyword and content opportunities
- Documenting all completed work in a spreadsheet
- Executing technical SEO Audits
- Assisting with conversion of SEO pages
- SEO Analysis via Google Search Console and Google Analytics

Key Responsibilities:
As our SEO Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving our clients’ online success. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Managing and optimizing SEO campaigns for maximum impact.
- Comfortable using AI and the latest technology when doing SEO in conjunction with SEO Tools
- Developing and executing effective SEO strategies tailored to client goals.
- Providing excellent client services, maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborating on projects to achieve strategic growth for the agency and its clients.
- Strengthening relationships internally and externally to foster long-term partnerships.

The Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a driven individual with:

Experience: 1.5–2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Must have grown a website in organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Understand both national SEO and local SEO plus the factors which go into ranking
- Creativity: A thinker who can innovate and find out-of-the-box solutions.
- Self-Motivation: Someone who executes tasks efficiently and works proactively.
- Resilience: Tenacious, quick on your feet, and comfortable with challenges.
- Communication Skills: Strong and clear English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You’ll use these across emails, phone calls, and video calls.

- Ahrefs
- ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini
- Google Search Console
- Google Business Profile
- Google Analytics

Requirements:

- Location: Based in the Philippines, working remotely.
- Availability: Comfortable working in alignment with Australian business hours AEDT Time (Starting approx a few hours early around 7am and finishing early)
- Language Proficiency: Strong English skills are non-negotiable.
