Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to enhance online presence and drive success for our clients.In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing SEO strategies for a diverse range of clients. Your work will span from on-page optimization and keyword research to performance monitoring, directory listing management, and detailed reporting.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO Audit and Implementation

Conduct SEO audits to identify technical, on-page, and off-page issues affecting website performance.
Provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings to improve search engine rankings.
Leverage tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and related platforms to identify optimization opportunities and enhance performance.
Perform detailed keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative and effective strategies.

Directory Listing Management

Comfortable working with various web directories, search engines, and online business listings (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google My Business).
Claim, update, and maintain business listings to enhance visibility and local SEO rankings.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and analyze key SEO metrics, delivering actionable insights to improve rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.
Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance and progress, communicating results effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to align SEO strategies with broader business objectives.

Skills & Experience

SEO Experience

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and the latest industry trends.
Familiarity with off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building, outreach, and link analysis to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
Proficiency with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other similar platforms.

Website Optimization Experience

Familiarity with tools such as GTmetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights to analyze and optimize website performance, including page load speed.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development principles to implement SEO-related recommendations effectively.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week).
Monday to Friday, 11pm - 8am (Philippines Standard Time)
