Location: Remote (Worldwide) – Must be available 10 AM–5 PM EST (with a 1-hour lunch break)

As we scale, we need an exceptional Project Manager to keep SEO and web development projects on track, coordinate tasks, communicate with clients, and ensure team members hit their deadlines. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love keeping everything organized, this role is for you.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager who can:

- Understand our SEO and website development processes
- Manage timelines, assign tasks, and ensure smooth execution
- Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates
- Ensure that SEO team members are on track with deliverables
- Ensure that web development and design team members meet their deadlines
- Use Monday.com to assign tasks, set automations, and track project status
- Hold daily check-ins with leadership and meet with clients as needed
- Take ownership of client reporting, including month-end SEO reports

You won’t be thrown into the deep end! You’ll work closely with the CEO to get fully up to speed on Dreamvast’s workflows, services, and reporting structure. Once comfortable, you’ll gradually take on client communication and reporting responsibilities.

This is not an SEO execution role. Instead, this person will act as the glue that holds all projects together, keeping everyone on track and clients informed.

Responsibilities

Project & Task Management

- Fully understand Dreamvast’s SEO and website development pipelines.
- Create, maintain, and optimize project workflows using Monday.com.
- Assign tasks to the appropriate team members and ensure they meet deadlines.
- Set up automations and task reminders to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.

Client Communication & Reporting

- Onboard new clients and set expectations for timelines and deliverables.
- Provide regular client updates and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Own the month-end client reporting process, ensuring clients receive clear and actionable insights on their SEO performance (once up to speed).
- Hold meetings with clients as needed to ensure project success.
- Keep track of key project milestones and deliverables.

Team Coordination & Accountability

- Ensure that SEO team members are meeting deadlines for strategy, content, and link building.
- Ensure that web developers and designers are meeting deadlines for website builds and updates.
- Track progress on SEO deliverables, link-building, and web development projects.
- Hold daily check-ins with leadership to review priorities and progress.

Process Optimization & Automation

- Streamline workflows using Monday.com task assignments and automations.
- Optimize internal communication to improve project efficiency.
- Continuously improve project tracking and reporting systems.

What We’re Looking For

- Exceptional project management & organization skills – keeping multiple projects on track is your superpower.
- Strong English language skills – written and verbal communication must be clear and professional.
- Client-facing experience – ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively.
- Experience with Monday.com (or a similar work management platform) – ability to create tasks, set automations, and assign responsibilities.
- A proactive leader who can take initiative – no micromanaging needed!
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders (SEO specialists, developers, writers, etc.).
- Intermediate knowledge of SEO and website development processes.
- Experience with SEO reporting and Data Analytics (Google Looker Studio preferred).
- Experience with SEO reporting and Data Analytics.
- Ability to work within the required EST time window (10 AM–5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).

- Salary will increase as Dreamvast gains more clients and projects. As workload increases, your compensation will grow accordingly.
