Crimson Social, a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in London real estate, is looking for an SEO & Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and website management, with a proven track record of driving traffic, improving search rankings, and optimising paid campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max) to drive high-quality leads and maximise return on ad spend.
- Oversee website management for both clients and Crimson Social, ensuring sites are technically optimised for search engines and provide a seamless user experience.
- Work across various website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Shopify, custom CMS) to manage and optimise website content, design, and performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimisation to enhance online visibility.
- Create, test, and refine landing pages to improve conversion rates for both organic and paid traffic.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to track performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly copywriting and high-quality content marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in search marketing, paid media, and website development best practices.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in SEO, website management, and Google Ads, ideally within the property or professional services sector.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC strategy, and campaign management, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, including technical SEO, link building, and content optimisation.
- Good working knowledge of different website platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and custom CMS solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
