Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Integration Expert (Home Improvement, Fireplace & Chimney Services)

Company Overview:
We are a leading home improvement company specializing in fireplace services, chimney services, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and blow-in insulation. In addition to our main brand, we manage multiple related businesses, requiring expertise in multi-brand digital marketing and CRM integration.
We are seeking an expert-level marketing professional who can fully own and manage our paid advertising (Google PPC, Meta Ads), SEO, content creation, and CRM system integration. Candidates must meet ALL the requirements listed below—not partially, not “almost” all, but every single one.
Job Description:
This role requires an experienced digital marketer with a proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and high-performing ad campaigns, specifically within the home improvement industry. Additionally, the candidate must have experience researching, selecting, and integrating a CRM system to unify marketing, sales, and operations into one streamlined platform.
If you do not have direct, hands-on experience in ALL the areas listed below, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities (All Are Mandatory):
1. Multi-Brand Digital Marketing Strategy
? Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple business brands under our company umbrella.
? Ensure branding consistency while tailoring campaigns to fireplace, chimney, air ducts, insulation, and related services.
? Manage and optimize multiple ad accounts for Google Ads,
2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation (Google PPC & Meta Ads)
? Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple locations.
? Implement geo-targeting, retargeting, and local service ads to drive high-quality leads.
? Manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring the highest ROI and lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead).
? Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
3. SEO & Organic Growth Across Brands
? Implement local and national SEO strategies for each brand under our business.
? Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profiles for local rankings.
? Develop SEO-driven blog content, service pages, and landing pages to drive organic traffic.
? Ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices (structured data, internal linking, keyword optimization).
4. Content Creation & Social Media Management
? Produce high-quality ad creatives, including videos, images, graphics, and copywriting for paid and organic content.
? Manage social media accounts
? Align content with seasonal trends in home services (fireplace, chimney, air ducts, insulation, HVAC).
? Run A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages for continuous improvement.
5. CRM Selection, Integration & Automation
? Research and evaluate the best CRM system for our business needs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Workiz, or equivalent).
? Lead the setup, customization, and automation of the CRM system, integrating all aspects of marketing, lead tracking, customer communication, scheduling, and invoicing.
? Ensure seamless connection between CRM and Google Ads,
? Set up automated workflows, including follow-ups,
? Train the team to use the CRM effectively and optimize operations for maximum efficiency.
6. Performance Analysis & Optimization
? Use Google Analytics,
? Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports, showing campaign results, trends, and areas for improvement.
? Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
7. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
? Stay updated on trends in home improvement marketing, chimney services, HVAC, and insulation.
? Conduct competitive analysis, tracking industry best practices and top-performing ads.
? Adjust marketing plans based on seasonal demand for each service category.
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):
? Proven experience managing multiple brands in a home services industry (fireplace, chimney, HVAC, air ducts, insulation, or similar fields).
? Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
? Advanced content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, ad copywriting).
? Mastery of SEO and organic growth strategies across multiple business locations.
? Deep knowledge of CRM systems and experience implementing full CRM solutions for service businesses.
? Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple businesses, and consistently drive measurable results.
? Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred (Huge Advantage! ????):
? Experience running marketing campaigns specifically for chimney, fireplace, HVAC, or insulation companies.
? Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, API integrations) to connect marketing tools with the CRM system.
