Role Overview:
As our SEO Expert, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and maximize ROI. You’ll work closely with our content, web development, and PPC teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimizations
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines
Develop and execute link-building strategies
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly copywriting
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
3+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
Familiarity with content marketing strategies and CRO
Background in eCommerce or lead-generation focused websites
