We're now seeking an experienced SEO Expert to help us expand our reach and ensure the right people can find the support they need online.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an SEO Expert with hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-page SEO. You’ll play a vital role in strengthening our online presence, improving rankings, and driving quality traffic that converts into genuine participant enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical SEO audits and resolve site health issues (e.g., indexing, crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability)

Optimise web content for search visibility, including meta tags, keyword placement, internal linking, and content structure

Create and execute ethical off-page strategies, including link-building and outreach

Monitor search performance and track KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog

Collaborate with our content and marketing team to align SEO strategies with business goals and brand voice

Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Provide regular reporting with actionable insights

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page, off-page)

Solid understanding of SEO tools, ranking factors, and algorithm updates

Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

Bonus Points For:

Experience working with health or disability services

Understanding of the NDIS or a passion for participant-focused work

Local SEO experience
