Here’s what we need:
• A proven track record of SEO results with a solid background in content creation.
• Ability to recommend content strategic planning including high search volume/high opportunity content topics, and optimization of content for search engines
• Knowledge of all SEO factors that influence results including keyword research, on page content and title tag optimization, long tail keyword and content strategies, and localized keyword optimization strategies
• Proven ability to capture top rankings and maintain those rankings
• Mastery of SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Expert at reviewing and analyzing data to drive decision making
• Proficient at keyword research to discover, expand, and add keywords to client campaigns
• Authority in best practices of technical SEO
• Comfortable diagnosing and correcting technical usability issues
• Skilled at conducting SEO audits, developing and implementing action plans
• Expert at identifying needs and gaps in content and recommending new topics and keywords
• Experience organizing a content calendar for content updates and new content development
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects across 25+ clients in different industries
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics including Google AdWords, geofencing, email marketing, and social media.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and follow-through.
• Agency experience a plus.
• HTML experience a plus.
