We’re looking for an enthusiastic Microsoft O365 Administrator to become a key player in our growing IT team. If you bring a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for technology, this is the role for you!

About the Role: As a Microsoft O365 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization’s and clients’ Microsoft Office 365 environments. Your focus will be ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality across all systems. You’ll use your expertise to provide effective solutions and support for a wide range of Microsoft 365 applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Excellent Communication Skills – You'll be interacting with customers in Australia, so you should be comfortable making and receiving calls.
* Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications.
* Support M365 Technologies – Assist in the support of business process automation through Microsoft 365 technologies.
* Build Solutions – Develop and deploy solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
* System Monitoring and Coordination – Oversee various M365 systems (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and ensure related policies are in place.
* Vendor Liaison – Work with 3rd party vendors to maintain and improve M365 systems.
* Remote User Support – Provide ongoing assistance and troubleshooting for remote users.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and environments.
* Solid understanding of M365 security best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Prior experience in remote user support.

Other Details:
* Role: Part-time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 2:30 pm (Sydney Time Zone)
