JOB OVERVIEW

We are a highly successful Real Estate team looking for a rockstar experienced Real Estate VA!
This person MUST be HIGHLY organized, DETAIL-oriented, METICULOUS and takes the time to perform tasks EFFECTIVELY and EFFICIENTLY without compromising SPEED, output, or QUALITY.

**Previous Real Estate experience or Transaction Coordination experience is REQUIRED. Bookkeeping or Accounting background is a PLUS**

We are looking for someone reliable who can work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm/PST with stable internet, to organize client data, spreadsheets, prepare documents, type out and create operations manuals, manage calendar, manage MLS listings and CRM/database, oversee checklists to help keep us organized and manage the process from initial client contact to close.

Disclaimer!! This position is not for someone who wants to get paid hourly WITHOUT having to do any actual work. Our team sets weekly goals, lists tasks in a checklist, and there is a high level of accountability. We conduct quarterly reviews, weekly team assessments, and you will definitely learn and grow very much in this position.

This is a very demanding, high-pressure, fast-paced position for someone who can manage multiple projects and tasks at once... BUT the job can also be very rewarding. There are bonus opportunities, Balikbayan boxes sent to the Philippines, birthday holiday pay, etc.
