SEC Reporting Manager US

The SEC Reporting Manager will work closely with the Director of Financial Reporting or CFO.

Responsibilities:
Manage and review monthly financial consolidations to ensure accuracy.
Finalize financial reports, including retirement plans, and prepare audit materials.
Complete monthly reconciliations to support financial reporting.
Assist external auditors during audits and reviews.
Calculate earnings per share (EPS) and stay updated on changes to EPS regulations.
Help ensure compliance with financial agreements and maintain company policies.
Refine and improve financial close and reporting processes.

Special Projects:
Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes for better budgeting and forecasting.
Identify ways to improve operations and revenue growth.
Assist with accounting and reporting for acquisitions or strategic projects.
Provide financial analysis and projections for senior leadership.

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
5+ years of experience in public accounting or financial reporting roles.
Prior experience in leadership roles, such as Controller or Director.
Experience mentoring and guiding team members.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to taking on new challenges.
CPA certification (preferred).
Experience in the eCommerce industry or with smaller public companies is a plus.
