Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation.
Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.
Monitor and optimize technical SEO elements such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, and schema markup.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
SEM Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Optimize ad performance through bid management, quality score improvements, and negative keyword analysis.
Analyze campaign data to make informed decisions about budget allocation and targeting.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversions, ROI, and rankings.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied in content production.
Collaborate with web developers to address technical SEO issues.
Liaise with stakeholders to align SEM campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Trend Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and SEM.
Experiment with new tools, tactics, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Continuously optimize campaigns and strategies to achieve better results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and SEM, with a proven track record of success.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development principles (preferred).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Soft Skills:
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
