As we continue expanding, we are looking for a high-energy Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to help drive our growth and connect with potential clients.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to generate leads, schedule appointments, and engage potential clients in the care sector. This role is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for our sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and comfortable with outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients in the care industry.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data and interactions.
Overcome objections and create urgency to drive conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:
1-3 years of sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience (preferably in staffing, healthcare, or a related field).
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to persuade and build relationships.
Must speak Fluent English.
Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation tools.
Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Familiarity with cold calling, outbound sales, and lead generation is a plus.
