JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
We are looking for a high-performing SDR to help with B2B lead generation, outbound sales, and appointment setting for software (SaaS) solutions. This is a remote role with growth opportunities and performance-based incentives for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the SaaS and software sales industry via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.
2. Book qualified meetings with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT managers, procurement teams, etc.).
3. Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with lead interactions and follow-up activities.
4. Follow up with leads & nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and increase conversions.

Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting for SaaS or software solutions.
2. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
3. Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
4. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
5. Understanding of SaaS sales cycles, buyer personas, and common objections.
6. Ability to work GMT + 8 hours to align with our target markets.

Compensation:
*Base Salary + Incentives: $400 - $600 USD per month (negotiable based on experience).
*Performance Bonuses for hitting meeting booking targets.
