The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative with proven experience in B2B prospecting and appointment setting. This role focuses on generating high-quality opportunities with mid-market and enterprise IT decision-makers through strategic outbound activities.
What You'll Do
Leverage advanced prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot CRM) to identify and engage key IT decision-makers
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through multi-channel outreach strategies that drive prospects to seek our services
Execute targeted outbound campaigns via social selling, cold calling, and personalized
Qualify opportunities and set appointments with prospects who genuinely need our specialized IT field services
Track all activities meticulously and report on key performance metrics
The Ideal Candidate
Has 3+ years of B2B sales development experience, specifically in technology or managed services
Demonstrates exceptional skill in social selling techniques and leveraging LinkedIn for business development
Possesses a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
Exhibits mastery in prospecting strategies that make prospects come to them, not just reactive outreach
Shows expertise in navigating enterprise IT departments and understanding their field service needs
