SALES EXECUTIVE

We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Executive.

Position: Remote Sales Executive (w/ Real Estate experience preferred but open to career shifters)

Location: Work from Home - anywhere, everywhere

Company: SV Ventures

Work Hours and Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm Pacific Time. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Work Duration: 40hrs/week
Rate: $4-8/hr
Salary: Bi-weekly via Xoom
Commission-based only? [Yes/No]: No

Qualifications:


• At least 6 months of BPO phone sales experience (REQUIRED)

• Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage potential leads effectively.

• Proficiency in using various lead generation tools and platforms. (not required but an advantage if any)

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Positive and outgoing attitude with a passion for building meaningful client relationships.

About SV Ventures

Our company buys and sells homes in and around the San Francisco market through a variety of different relationships and unique methods. We fix and flip properties and hold some properties as rentals. We are growing at an incredible pace and looking for our newest top-notch team member.

Rate: $4-8 / HR
