JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s technical products and services to provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the sales process.

Dashboard Drafting: Use relevant tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to create and customize dashboards that visualize key data and metrics for customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, and following up on leads.

Technical Consultation: Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring they understand the functionality and benefits of the company’s products and services.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales CRM with current customer information, ensuring all interactions and sales activities are logged.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as technical support and marketing, to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to track sales performance, customer engagement, and the effectiveness of proposed solutions.

Qualifications:
Education: College Graduate
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms.
Dashboard Skills: Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to create and customize dashboards.
Sales Aptitude: A strong interest in sales, with a technical mindset and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships.
Tech Savvy: Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues or direct them to the appropriate technical support team.
Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing technical role is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Knowledge of the sales process and sales pipeline management.
