We are currently seeking an experienced, creative and organized Social Media Assistant / Content Creator to build our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies across various platforms, managing social media accounts, and assisting with blog posts, SEO, caption and copy ideas and analyzing performance metrics. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to create and schedule posts that reflect our brand's voice and engage our audience effectively.

We need to hire someone to create content for our B2B operations consulting business. Experience in creating content for similar industries would be a great advantage. If you have experience in social media management and a flair for content creation, we'd love to hear from you! This is a long-term collaboration which will likely involve multiple projects as we continue to grow.

*** Responsibilities ***
• Develop content strategies and create captivating and stunning posts for LinkedIn.
• Design content that not only grows social media engagement but also converts followers into leads and clients.
• Create newsletters using Substack and outbound email campaigns
• Experience with setting up LinkedIn campaigns
• Plan and post on LinkedIn
• Collaborate with me to align content with the brand’s messaging and strategy.

*** Skills ***
• Minimum 1+ years in LinkedIn B2B Social Media Management
• Be able to follow directions, for example following the directions to apply for this position.
• Ideal candidates should be fluent in English
• Be able to create engaging content and know how to get more followers on LinkedIn.
• Ideally, if candidates can create images/animations (not AI) by themselves (big plus).
• Be available for ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings with “video on”. (We are big on making connections with people)
• Ability to build a following from zero followers

We hope that this will become a full-time role within 4-6 months.
