As we launch into a new phase of growth, we’re seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help us build a thriving online presence and sales pipeline. This is a trial project, but if you can deliver results, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Are you a digital marketing expert with experience creating high-impact branding and managing TikTok Shop? Do you know how to start new accounts from scratch, craft viral content, and drive meaningful engagement? Then you could be the perfect fit!

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As our Virtual Assistant, you will focus on building, growing, and optimizing our online presence and sales channels, including TikTok Shop. During this trial project, your responsibilities will include:

1. Digital Branding & Strategy

• Develop a cohesive, captivating brand identity for new social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest).
• Craft and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives rapid account growth and engagement.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Create high-quality, viral-ready content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, including Reels, TikToks, and graphics using Canva.
• Write engaging, conversion-focused captions to accompany posts.
• Consistently post content and manage accounts to maintain an active presence.

3. TikTok Shop Management

• Set up, manage, and optimize a TikTok Shop for seamless product sales.
• Create short-form video content designed to drive sales directly through TikTok Shop.
• Track and report on TikTok Shop performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

4. Lead Generation & Sales

• Implement creative organic strategies to generate leads for our products and business opportunity.
• Drive sales through engaging content, product-focused posts, and outreach initiatives.
• Build strategies to convert followers into loyal customers and distributors.

5. Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor progress and provide data-driven insights on account growth, engagement, and sales.
• Adjust strategies to maximize reach, virality, and overall performance.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenges and can deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience starting social media accounts from scratch and scaling them quickly.
• Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
• Strong skills in TikTok Shop management, including setting up and optimizing product listings and creating high-converting content.
• A solid track record of viral content creation on TikTok, Instagram, or Pinterest.
• Proficiency with Canva and other graphic design tools.
• Experience driving sales and engagement through organic social media strategies.
• A proactive, creative mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
