Job Title: Rockstar Administrative Assistant (AA)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona, USA (remote)
Job Type: 5 hours/week to start
Salary: $4-5/hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Rockstar Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and supporting the founder in managing time and priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
Ensure the founder's calendar is up-to-date and optimized for productivity.
Inbox Management:
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the founder.
Categorize and prioritize emails to ensure timely responses.
Documentation and SOP Creation:
Document processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks.
Maintain and update the SOP manual as needed.
Administrative Support:
Handle phone calls, messages, and other communications.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist with creating and implementing automations around email content, funnel, and website updates.
Task Management:
Assist with project management tasks and track progress.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure task completion.
Personal Assistance:
Assist with personal tasks as needed to support the founder's work-life balance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in AirTable, Google Suite, photo editing/thumbnail creation, use of AI and more.
