As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled RightFax Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring seamless communication and document-sharing solutions for our clients across various industries globally.
Position Overview
The RightFax Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, system maintenance, and integration services for our clients’ RightFax systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a client-focused approach to support and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for clients experiencing issues with RightFax. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• System Integration: Configure and integrate RightFax with client systems such as Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and ERP solutions.
• Installation and Deployment: Install and set up RightFax solutions, including virtual fax servers and fax boards, ensuring compatibility with existing IT infrastructure.
• Maintenance and Updates: Monitor, maintain, and update RightFax systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Client Training: Provide training and technical documentation to clients on the effective use of RightFax.
• Compliance and Security: Assist clients in maintaining regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) by securing fax transmissions and managing audit logs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors on complex issues or advanced customizations.
Qualifications
• Proven experience with OpenText RightFax installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP).

• Experience in scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtual environments (e.g., VMware).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., HIPPA, SOX).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., Service NOW).
