About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Reconciliation Analyst, specialising in food delivery platforms. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue-related financial transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to reconcile financial records, identify discrepancies, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve any inconsistencies. You will analyze revenue data, validate transactions, and support financial reporting processes to maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Reconciliation:
· Perform weekly and monthly cash and EFTPOS receivables reconciliation across all corporate restaurants, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording in the accounting system.
· Identify and investigate discrepancies between internal and external records, escalating and resolving issues with relevant stakeholders.
· Prepare and analyze weekly variance reports to track reconciliation accuracy.
Delivery Reconciliation:
· Perform weekly and monthly delivery revenue reconciliation across multiple platforms with received payments.
· Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
· Escalate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies, including sales/payment variances.
· Manage transaction disputes, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.
Data Analysis:
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor delivery performance and financial trends.
· Provide support for ad hoc accounting projects and reporting requests.
· Support financial reporting by providing reconciliation insights and variance explanations for management review.
Reporting:
· Perform period-end close processes to ensure financial accuracy
· Preparing journal entries to record sales adjustments, commission, and other charges
· Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to revenue and receivables
· Assist in financial audits by providing accurate and timely reconciliation reports
Subject Matter Expert (Delivery):
· Oversee configurations and settings for new and existing delivery platforms, including bank details, BI reporting, and portal access.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
· Experience in dealing with Food Delivery platforms preferred
· Experience with reconciliations and high-volume transaction environments strongly preferred
· Experience in revenue reconciliation and financial analysis.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases, Power Query preferred
· Consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details
· Fluent in written and oral English
· Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment
· Ability to follow a process-driven environment
