We’re a rapidly scaling Amazon FBA business looking for an extremely driven, hungry, and obsessed Product Development Specialist to help build and launch high-impact products rapidly.

You’re someone who thrives on growth, discomfort, and urgency. You’re obsessed with ecommerce and aggressively curious—consuming videos, books , podcasts, and constantly pushing yourself to learn what you don’t yet know. You’re probably seen by friends as a little “extreme,” and you’re proud of it.

Your way of "having fun" is smashing past goals. Learning. Growing. Running at 100 miles an hour.


You’re excited about:

• Taking full ownership of developing highly profitable products.

• Finding out what you don't know.

• Traveling to key global events (Canton Fair in China, Toy Fairs in New York and Germany, workshops in Thailand).

• Moving fast, learning rapidly, and relentlessly hitting ambitious targets.



What You’ll Actually Do:

• Brainstorm new product ideas relentlessly

• Rapidly validate ideas (demand, profitability, customer needs)

• Communicate clearly with suppliers, designers, and the supply team

• Analyze markets aggressively (you never wait for instructions)

• Test samples, iterate fast, finalize profitable products

• Hit aggressive weekly targets without excuses



You Must Have:

• Previous hands-on experience developing products

• Fluency in English, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving

• Genuine hunger and urgency to succeed

• A “whatever it takes” attitude (not just “doing your best”)

• Natural curiosity, fast learner, ambitious goals

• Willingness and excitement to travel internationally



Beneficial (but not essential):

• Previous experience in toy or clothing product development



Hours & Compensation:

• Flexible schedule (~20-30 hours/week initially), potential for full-time role if expectations are exceeded.

• Pay range: $800-$3000/month (DOE, OTE). Pay directly reflects your results and experience—opportunity to increase RAPIDLY.
