Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retail Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, a sharp analytical mind, and the technical skills to turn complex datasets into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize retail performance, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze retail sales, inventory, and customer behavior data.
- Develop and maintain regular reports using Excel, Power BI, and - other tools to present insights to stakeholders.

Data Management:
- Create and manipulate pivot tables for detailed data analysis.
- Merge and clean datasets from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain retail data systems, including Cin7 and Shopify.

Business Insights:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to optimize retail operations.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales and customer data.

Collaboration:
- Work with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience with retail platforms such as Shopify and Cin7 is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data merging, and formula creation.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional retail software systems or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce trends and consumer behavior analytics.

Job Type
- Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT.
