Spark Ordering is seeking a Restaurant Menu Manager to join our founding team. As a Restaurant Menu Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining digital menus for our partner restaurants, using a Content Management System (CMS). This includes adding, updating, and optimizing menu items as well as completing data entry tasks.
The Restaurant Menu Manager will also serve as a point of contact for our clients, ensuring their menus are accurate and support streamlined operations for their kitchen. As a key member of our founding team, you’ll help shape our processes and have opportunities for growth as we expand our team in the Philippines.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain digital menus for partner restaurants using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of common menu patterns in the US.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.
Requirements
- Proficient in the English language.
- Three years of experience in content management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Growth-based mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM Philippine Time for client meetings. Time working on menus is flexible.
Other Details
- Starting Hourly Compensation: $10.00/hr.
- Estimated Hours Per Week: 20.
- Location: Remote, Philippines.
