My client is looking for a resourceful and competent Technical Recruiter who will help attract and filter UX designers and developers. Ideal candidates are independent recruiters who are resourceful to source qualified candidates on a weekly basis.
A day in the life of a Technical Recruiter looks like:

Work on your own time
As our Technical Recruiter, you’re responsible for:
Keep a list of roles the HRM needs to hire
Remind the HRM about the roles we need to hire
Write up JDs for the roles
Source candidates
Create criteria to filter candidates
Evaluate sample work (for example: UX designs), select top 10 candidates/week
Interview candidates to reject and/or set them with our CTO
Provide your insights to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Tools you will use:
Clickup
Google Drive (Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Google Slides)
Google Looker Studio
Zoom video conferencing, Slack, WhatsApp, Google Chrome, and LinkedIn
Calendly + Google Calendar

Compensation: $700/month (base salary + KPI bonus)
