Residential Development Project Manager

Say You Can Development is seeking a project manager to help guide the development of a 55+ villa community in Omaha, Nebraska. Experience in new construction development is a must. We are seeking a project manager to help lead us forward.

Currently the project is zoned and permitted, but the ownership group has changed plans to appropriately position the community for the changing needs of the 55+ space and the Omaha market. Site work is mostly complete and the ownership is seeking a self-starting project manager to help guide the project through to completion to include re-design, re-permitting, bidding, budgeting, financial projections, etc...

Experience in working with architects, contractors, engineers, planning and development departments, is a must. We are in need of a knowledgeable and experienced leader to guide the project forward.
