Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Resident Coordination Virtual Assistant to join our
team remotely. This role will focus on assisting residents with inquiries, coordinating lease renewals,
processing maintenance requests, and ensuring seamless communication between tenants and property
managers. Experience with AppFolio is required, as it will be a core tool used in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for tenants via email, phone, and
online portals, responding promptly and professionally.
Lease Renewals & Documentation: Track upcoming lease expirations, send renewal notices,
and process lease extensions or move-outs through AppFolio.
Maintenance Coordination: Receive, prioritize, and schedule maintenance requests with
vendors and ensure timely resolution.
Payment Support: Assist residents with rent payment inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and
provide guidance on payment methods.
Move-In & Move-Out Coordination: Guide residents through the move-in and move-out
process, ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
Tenant Screening & Application Assistance: Review rental applications, verify applicant
information, and coordinate with the leasing team as needed.
Database Management: Maintain accurate tenant records and update lease terms, payment
histories, and other critical data in AppFolio.
General Administrative Support: Assist with reports, scheduling, and other property
management tasks as needed.
Requirements:
AppFolio Experience: Must have prior experience using AppFolio for property management tasks.
Property Management Knowledge: Familiarity with lease agreements, tenant rights, and general
property management processes.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally and effectively with tenants, vendors,
and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of
accuracy.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using cloud-based tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Able to handle resident concerns with patience and efficiency.
Reliable & Self-Motivated: Can work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in property management.
Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
Experience handling tenant disputes and lease compliance issues.
