We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Executive Representative to join our team at Skyvillion Apartments. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support to our guests, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will manage administrative tasks associated with reservations, address guest concerns, and maintain strong relationships with guests to foster loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Support & Issue Resolution
-Handle all administrative tasks related to reservations, including booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
-Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints via phone,
-Record and report guest issues to the relevant departments and ensure follow-up actions are completed satisfactorily.
-Proactively follow up with guests to confirm their concerns have been resolved and their experience meets expectations.
Relationship Management
-Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing guests to encourage repeat business.
-Act as a key point of contact to address questions, offer assistance, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Administrative Tasks
-Monitor and respond to guest communications, including
-Keep accurate records of guest interactions and resolution outcomes.
-Support the reservations process by ensuring all relevant systems and documentation are up to date.
Team Collaboration
-Work closely with other departments to ensure guest needs and concerns are addressed effectively.
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve guest satisfaction and operational processes.
Other Duties as Assigned
-Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as delegated by the line manager to support the team and business needs.
