Job Summary:
The Research & Technology Assistant will work closely with Recruiting Consultants to understand position requirements and execute comprehensive search strategies. This role involves leveraging a variety of tools and technologies, including LinkedIn, Google, AI-powered search platforms, and other resources, to conduct in-depth market research and identify qualified candidates. The ideal candidate possesses strong research skills, knowledge of and comfort with emerging AI technology, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for finding the best talent. This person will also be highly involved in our organization’s technology evolution.
Responsibilities:
• Collaboration: Partner with Recruiting Consultants and clients to clarify position requirements, target candidate profiles, and search strategies.
• Search Strategy Design: Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify, map, and pipeline a diverse range of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Identification: Utilize a variety of resources, including our internal database, online databases (e.g., LinkedIn), conference websites, Google searches, other search engines, AI-powered platforms, and market research, to identify target candidate populations.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including contacting industry partners, to gain insights into talent pools, compensation trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential candidates to gauge their interest and qualifications. (This may include initial screening calls, though the primary focus is identification and pipeline building).
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information within our recruitment system.
• Stay Current: Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in executive search.
• Technology: Be the point person to try out and research new technologies for our organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in research, ideally within a related field (e.g., recruiting, market research, business intelligence).
• Proficiency with online research tools and databases, including LinkedIn, Google, and other search engines.
• Experience with AI-powered search and talent intelligence platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for identifying and connecting with top talent.
