Research Paralegal

Bibiyan Law Group, P.C. is a boutique plaintiff’s employment litigation firm dedicated to obtaining the highest results for mistreated employees.

We are currently looking for a Research Paralegal for our Intake Department who can do the following:

? Organizes and maintains law libraries, documents, and case files.
? Analyzing case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles to provide relevant information to supervising attorneys.
? Experience: 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment and/or class action law.
? Superior legal research and writing skills.
? Knowledge of service deadlines for various litigation tasks, including familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure.
? Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of state and federal courts and agencies within labor and employment law practices.

We needed someone with excellent English writing skills, computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience working in a law firm as a Paralegal.
