Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and
Assist customers with understanding the refinancing process, eligibility requirements, and benefits.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Communicate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to assist customers better.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (preferably in finance or related industries).
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Must have a quiet, distraction-free environment for remote work.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of auto refinancing or the finance industry is a plus.
