Remote Virtual Assistant Shopify and Etsy

We are a small, creative greeting card company seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position perfect for someone with a passion for organization, design, and marketing. You'll play a key role in helping us streamline our processes and grow our business.

Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management
Etsy Store Management
Write compelling product listing descriptions for our online stores.
Conduct SEO optimization for product pages, including keyword research and implementation.
Create and refine tags to enhance discoverability.
Design professional and appealing mockups for new products.
Produce engaging listing videos to showcase our cards.
Prepare print-ready Adobe Illustrator files for production.
Duplicate and optimize listings on Shopify and Faire.
Manage Mailchimp mailing lists to support email marketing campaigns.
