Remote UI/LOG DESIGN Designer (Figma Expert)

We’re an international company (offices in Bahrain, Australia, Nepal, UK) looking for a talented UI designer based in the Philippines to join our remote team. You’ll be working on user interfaces that need to be simple, functional, and beautiful—because simple is hard to create, and it takes real creativity to get it right. This isn’t just about UI; we need someone who can design logos and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

You must be a Figma expert—this is non-negotiable. Most importantly, we’re after someone who gets that UI isn’t just wireframes; it’s about crafting experiences that look good and feel effortless. If you think UI means you don’t need to know logos or creative work, this isn’t for you. We want a designer who can do both and loves the challenge of making complex things simple.

This is a full-time, long-term role with 5-7 years of consistent work ahead. We’re not a fly-by-night startup—we’ve been in the game for 18 years, getting projects to market for our VC-backed company. Show us hard work and loyalty, and you’ll be rewarded fairly (including overtime). But don’t apply if you’re expecting inflated rates just because we’re international—we pay competitive local Filipino rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Design clean, intuitive UI for web and mobile projects using Figma.
Create original logos and branding elements that stand out.
Collaborate with our global team to turn ideas into simple, user-friendly designs.
Iterate based on feedback to refine and perfect your work.
Bring creativity to every project, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI designer with a strong portfolio (logos and UI samples required).
Expert-level skills in Figma—show us what you’ve built with it.
Ability to design creative logos and branding from scratch.
A knack for simplicity—making complex designs feel effortless.
Based in the Philippines with excellent English communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely with a team across time zones.
Ready for a full-time, long-term commitment (5-7 years).
