Remote Technology Manager (Entry-Level)

We are a small independent insurance agency seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Technology Manager. This is an entry-level position with significant growth potential for someone eager to learn and take on a managerial role in managing and improving our agency's technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the technology systems of the agency.
Learn and continuously improve all agency systems.
Create automations and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Manage the agency's website and social media platforms.
Implement technology transitions to improve operations.
Work directly with the agency owner to shape the agency's direction through technology.
Train agency employees on how to use systems effectively.
Collaborate with department heads to gather feedback and provide direction.
Manage the following systems:
Agency Management System (currently EZLynx)
Agency CRM (Agency Zoom)
Agency Communications (RingCentral)
Agency Website (currently in transition; will require working with vendors to implement a new website).
Act as the primary point of contact for agency personnel and technology vendors.
Qualifications:
Strong technology acumen and a passion for learning new systems.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills to work with team members and vendors.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn systems like EZLynx, Agency Zoom, RingCentral, and website management tools.
Experience with automation tools and workflows is a plus but not required.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US).
