POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Team Lead to manage our remote team, oversee all daily operational tasks with projects and guest messaging, and oversee remote workflows. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations through taking on this impactful leadership role.

Remote Team Lead Responsibilities:
-Projects
-Spearhead, complete and delegate, as appropriate, projects to the ops support specialists and assistant project manager
-Track, organize, and update team on projects on a weekly basis
-Create and delegate Projects on our Upgrade to see actual info projects board
-Manage Remote Team and back end operations
-Ensure communication and tasks are being recorded, tracked, and completed. This includes guest communication from our PMS, OTAs, email, and phone.
-Ensure timeliness and track teaUpgrade to see actual infomber performance
-Manage remote team schedule to ensure 24/7/365 coverage
-Address high level guest and company issues escalated by teaUpgrade to see actual infombers

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years in property management of short-term rentals.
3+ years in an administrative or operations role.
2+ years in Project management

Efficient and robust project management style and knowledge
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, G-Suite, PriceLabs, Rankbreeze, and Breezeway.
Ability to troubleshoot and streamline processes for efficiency.
Ability to lead a team of 10

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. $Upgrade to see actual info/week based on performance.

Schedule:
Afternoon Shift: 10 Am - 7 PM EST.
6-day workweek.
Day off schedule to be discussed
Must be available on weekends
