Remote Social Media Manager

As a Remote Social Media Manager at Oblix ODS Ltd (Trading as: i need), you will play a key role in launching and growing our social media presence in preparation for the upcoming launch of our UK based on-demand services mobile app. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual based in the Philippines who is passionate about connecting with audiences online and has a keen interest in the tech and on-demand services industry.

Being a UK based market, the core working hours will be 08:00 to 16:00hrs GMT (UK time) in order to maximise audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to build and grow our brand presence across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
2. Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform to drive user engagement and increase brand awareness.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with the CEO to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
5. Analyse social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on key insights and recommendations for optimisation.
6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of the on-demand services industry.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
5. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
6. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
