JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a remote, full-time role focused on cold calling through a pre-qualified list of leads to set appointments and close sales when required. You will not need to source leads – we provide the list, so you can focus entirely on making connections and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads from our provided database.
-Handle occasional inbound calls from potential leads, including follow-ups from previous outreach and new inquiries expressing interest in our services.
-Engage leads in meaningful conversations to qualify their interest and set up appointments.
-Close sales during appointments when required.
-Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
-Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
-Collaborate with the team to improve scripts and strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in cold calling or sales (minimum of 1–2 years).
-Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
-Ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
-Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
-Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) is an advantage but not required.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.

Compensation:
Base Pay: Competitive base salary ($800-1000/PM depending on experience).
Working Hours: UK Business Hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT)
Commission: Attractive percentage per closed sale.
