About Us:
We are a fast-growing debt relief sales company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Sales & Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, proactive, and experienced in tracking key sales and marketing performance metrics using Google Sheets & Docs.

Responsibilities:
Track and analyze CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), KPI (Key Performance Indicators), and other marketing metrics
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales team performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
Monitor and manage data in Google Sheets to ensure accuracy and real-time reporting
Identify trends and opportunities in lead generation and conversion rates
Assist with organizing and maintaining sales & marketing documentation in Google Docs
Ensure smooth data flow between marketing and sales for strategic decision-making
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, automation, etc.)
Experience tracking CPA, KPIs, and sales performance in a marketing or sales environment
Ability to organize and manage large sets of data efficiently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Prior experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or data administration is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing metrics, and lead tracking is preferred
