Remote Sales Agent

We're looking for a committed, full-time, remote Sales Agent to become a key part of our team! In this role, you'll manage co-living arrangements—matching tenants with the perfect homes, handling rental applications, and ensuring a smooth, exceptional living experience for everyone. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio by proactively reaching out to landlords and agents through outbound calls to introduce our service.

Job description?

Manage and oversee the entire rental process from property listing to move-in
Arrange property viewings with potential tenants, providing professional guidance.
Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-in coordination.
Negotiate rental agreements and close deals effectively
Maintain and update property listings on various online platforms
The ability to work within a target driven environment
Cold calling to new customers/Landlords/agents

Key responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development
Neutral to native English accent
Strong ability in sales, open to beginners but you have to sell yourself to the interviewers
Independent contractor agreement
