We are seeking a dedicated, full-time, remote Sales Agent to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate co-living arrangements, match ideal tenants, oversee rental applications, and ensure tenants have a seamless and enjoyable co-living experience. You will also be responsabile to source new stock for our business, by approaching Landlords and Agents handling outbound calls to propose our service.

Previous experience in property lettings or any other sales job related
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Capacity to multitask and think quickly to resolve challenges effectively

Manage and oversee the entire rental process from property listing to move-in
Arrange property viewings with potential tenants, providing professional guidance.
Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-in coordination.
Negotiate rental agreements and close deals effectively
Maintain and update property listings on various online platforms
The ability to work within a target driven environment
Cold calling to new customers/Landlords/agents
Key responsibilities:

Neutral to native English accent
Strong ability in sales, open to beginners but you have to sell yourself to the interviewers
