We are a US-based company seeking a skilled and dedicated Overnight Freelance Recruitment Interviewer to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you must possess exceptional English communication skills (5 of 5) and have prior experience conducting interviews within the US job market. Your primary responsibilities during the overnight shift will involve:

- Conducting remote interviews with candidates based in the Philippines during the specified shift timing (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT) to assess their qualifications and fit for various US-based positions within our company.
- Utilizing your prior experience in interviewing individuals within the US job market to gauge candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- Collaborating closely with our prescreening and scheduling team to efficiently manage the candidate selection process.
- Identifying top talent and matching candidates with the most suitable positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pool for our US-based operations.
- Assisting in the offer, hiring, and onboarding processes, facilitating a smooth transition for selected candidates during the overnight shift.

Requirements:

- Exceptional English communication skills (5 of 5).
- Proven experience conducting interviews for US-based positions.
- Proficiency in remote interviewing techniques and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Knowledge of US job market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work during the specified overnight shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PHT).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment-related roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
