Responsibilities

- Airtable, Automations, and AI Workflows (Airtable, Make, N8N)
- SEO Research & Google Sheets Automation (VidIQ, keyword tracking, AI integration)
- Operations & Workflow Optimization (fix inefficiencies, build scalable solutions)
- Execution & Accountability (log work correctly, present before creating, deliver high-value results)
- Open to other tasks within this niche of work, to ensure smooth operations.

How This Works

- This is an on-call, per-project position with long-term potential.
- You’ll be part of our team Slack channel, where we unite, and submit input.
- Once a week we have a Zoom meeting to evaluate progress, and check needs.
- Internally we will have an Airtable ticket system to submit requests, we will build.
- If you perform, we will bring you projects and scale you into a bigger role.
- There is no fixed salary but a ‘per project’ budget, which we shape.
- We only hire problem-solvers, no excuses, just execution.
