Remote Operations Manager (Steel Industry/Construction Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in steel fabrication, engineering, or large-scale construction to oversee our growing remote team. This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth business operations.

Oversee and coordinate all remote employees, including estimators, accountants, detailers, purchasers, and assistants.
Implement systems and workflows to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Communicate with suppliers, engineers, and project managers to keep projects on track.
Analyze business expenses and purchasing decisions for cost-effectiveness.
Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
Organize meetings, track KPIs, and handle team coordination.
