Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. This role focuses on B2B software marketing in the enterprise sector, requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for executing impactful remarketing campaigns. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead project execution, foster team collaboration, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to enterprise-level clients.
* Plan and manage remarketing (RM) campaigns with engaging, targeted content.
* Oversee projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Facilitate effective team collaboration, address challenges, and streamline workflows.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing needs and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
* Draft clear and actionable briefs for campaign managers to guide execution.
* Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
* Assist in crafting persuasive proposals for client approval of marketing strategies.
* Identify and resolve issues in campaigns or workflows to maintain high productivity.
* Track task progress, provide support, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B software marketing, with a specialization in enterprise clients.
* Expertise in designing and managing effective remarketing campaigns.
* Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable English proficiency.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets for planning and organizing campaigns.
* Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills to promote teamwork and collaboration.
* Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new challenges.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with SAS companies and industry dynamics.
* Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
