Remote Lead Developer - Full Stack with Map Integration Focus

Here's the deal: We want YOU to join our dynamic remote team as a Lead Web Developer, where innovation meets precision on a map-based SaaS product. Each team member’s growth and the collective success of our projects are paramount, ensuring that we innovate with clarity and purpose. You’ll work with Next.js, Firebase, AWS, MySQL, and Mapbox, overseeing both front-end and back-end systems and setting the technical direction.

Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable solutions using Next.js, Firebase, AWS, and MySQL.
Lead & Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, aligning technical and business goals, and coordinating across teams to ensure momentum. DroneQuote
Lead key architectural decisions, focusing on performance optimization, efficient querying, and data integrity.
Integrate and optimize Mapbox for interactive mapping and data display.
Guide and mentor a development team, setting standards for code quality, documentation, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

Requirements:
JavaScript/TypeScript: Advanced proficiency.
React/Next.js: Deep experience in building scalable web apps.
Backend Systems: Strong with MySQL, Firebase, and cloud functions.
Mapping Tools: Expertise with Mapbox or similar GIS tools.
Proven leadership skills in project management and developer mentorship.
