About the Role
As our Virtual Hotel Manager, you'll be the backbone of our hotel operations, ensuring seamless service and continuously improving our processes. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work remotely while significantly impacting our company.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the back office, reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance functions to ensure top-notch guest service.

- Guest Experience Management: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements
- Hospitality Experience is a plus but not required: we will train you in all aspects of hotel management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.

- Problem Solver: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
