We are a small, fast-growing company in Minnesota (USA) seeking a Remote Drafter to join our expanding team. We already have one drafter in the Philippines and are looking to add another to help create high-quality, professional drawings for our fall protection products. Working Interview Process
We believe in showcasing real skills. Qualified applicants will receive video instructions and be asked to produce 2–4 drawings based on:
• The information provided in the videos
• Research on our website
• Manufacturer resources
• Any other method or resource you find helpful
We are looking for individuals who not only have drafting skills, but also understand (or are willing to learn) how our products fit into a larger structural context, and can think creatively in applying them.

Key Responsibilities
• Drafting/Design Work: Create 1–4 drawings per day using Revit or similar software.
• Time Overlap: Work hours must overlap with US Central Time by at least 4 hours to allow for real-time communication.
• Daily Communication: Check in every day regarding which projects will be completed.
• Product Application: Understand our products, their application, and how they integrate with steel and general construction methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Revit or Similar Software
2. Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
3. Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with steel and construction methods. If you’re not familiar, be resourceful and willing to learn quickly.
4. Creative Thinking: Critically analyze product applications and propose effective solutions.
5. Independent Work Ethic: Must be self-driven and capable of managing your own tasks.
6. Communication Skills: Clear reading and writing abilities in English.
7. Project Tracking: Ability to use HubSpot (or a similar platform) for tracking projects and tasks.

• Monthly Salary: $1,200 – $1,400 (USD)
