Hourly rate - £5.00 - £7.00 per hour + Bonuses

We are hiring 2-3 remote receptionists to manage our phone lines and lead nurturing at Park Place Dental Practice (UK). We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) – must submit a video demonstrating this.
- Excellent at building rapport and sales, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Adaptable and eager to help grow the business, taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
- Willing to expand their skill set to support areas such as CRM marketing, workflow automation, social media management, and online review collection.


Working Hours:
UK Time: 8 AM – 8 PM
Philippines Time: 4 PM – 4 AM
Shifts will be scheduled between these hours.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Utilize digital tools (CRM systems, WhatsApp, video messaging) to nurture leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
Build relationships with patients through personalized communication (video messages, voice notes).
Assist in growing the practice through CRM automations, social media engagement, and reputation management.
Collect and manage patient reviews to enhance online presence.
Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
