JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Singapore-based e-commerce brand looking for a part-time, home-based customer support agent to join our operations team and be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:
1) Answer emails and messages while being nice, sincere, and helpful
2) Create, improve, and follow communication scripts and templates to answer different questions
3) Listen to customers and find ways to fix their problems
4) Learn all about the things we sell so you can answer questions
5) Keep track of who still needs help and aim to help them as soon as possible

Soft Skills:
1) A fast learner.
2) A good communicator
3) Excellent negotiator
4) Time management skills
5) Proactive and empathetic individual

Basic Skills:
1) Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc
2) Knows how to use email applications, including Gmail
3) Be able to use Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
4) Communications apps like Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

Good to Have Skills:
1) Experience with AI tools like Chat GPT or Gemini, etc.
2) Experience with Shopify and Freshdesk is a plus
